Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms equipped with various comforts, but cleanliness can be an issue in some areas. The service is friendly and attentive, although additional charges for certain items may arise. The location is perfect with stunning views, yet cleanliness and noise can be concerns. Dining options are satisfactory, but menu variety could be improved. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and offer sufficient amenities.
Although the hotel's location is stunning, offering easy access to the Medina and the majestic Tower and Mausoleum of Hassan II within a 5-minute walk, the rooms showed signs of wear and mold smell, prompting a room change. The staff, including Miss Narjiss, Amal, and Mr Amour, were extremely friendly and helpful, making guests feel remembered and well-assisted. However, the dining options were limited and undergoing building work, affecting the overall experience.
The hotel rooms showed signs of wear and age, lacking small amenities for extra comfort, yet were very clean and spacious; however, the noise levels required earplugs to sleep. The service was wonderful, with a friendly staff making an effort to remember guests by name. The location was perfect, near key attractions and ideal for shopping. The dining experience was satisfactory, though some improvements are needed. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the money.
The hotel's location is excellent, near the tramway and quai de Bou Regreg, with easy access to Tour Hassan and Mohammed V mausoleum. The service was mixed, with some staff being helpful and accommodating, though reception could be friendlier. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some good options but a lack of variety. The rooms were disappointing, with noise issues and a strong smell of mold and mildew. The facilities were decent overall.
